1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bad89 website at https://bad89.app, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All bonus winnings generated on the account will be voided. Any real-money deposits made to the account will be returned to the originating payment method after an identity and fraud review has been completed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one (1) bad89 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Accurate Information

You may be required to submit identity documentation at any of the following points: upon registration, before your first withdrawal, after cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any time at bad89's discretion. Standard KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), and a photograph of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

4.5 Currency

All transactions on bad89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bad89 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad89 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balance including deposits, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or probe bad89's technical systems, databases, or APIs without authorisation.

• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or from payment methods not registered in your own name.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bad89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bad89 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy fee or closure procedure.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off period request.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or any other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, bad89 is not obligated to return deposits or bonus winnings. Where an account is closed for any other reason (e.g., platform withdrawal from a market, player-initiated closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.
